White Bread

| Olive oil | 40ml | |
| Dry yeast | 10g | |
| Sugar | 20g | |
| Salt | 10g |
Instructions
- Mix 400g of flour, 10g of yeast, 20g of sugar, and 10g of salt in a bowl.
- Add 250ml of water and 40ml olive oil.
- Mix until smooth.
- Move into another oiled bowl.
- Cover with a cloth and leave in a warm place for 30-60min.
- After the dough has risen, push it down, move onto the baking tray, and let rest for another 30min.
- Bake at 200°C for 40min.
