Instructions

  1. Mix 400g of flour, 10g of yeast, 20g of sugar, and 10g of salt in a bowl.
  2. Add 250ml of water and 40ml olive oil.
  3. Mix until smooth.
  4. Move into another oiled bowl.
  5. Cover with a cloth and leave in a warm place for 30-60min.
  6. After the dough has risen, push it down, move onto the baking tray, and let rest for another 30min.
  7. Bake at 200°C for 40min.
